Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She's now an actor from Romania and Germany. Her most famous films are Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. She was the sole children of Romanian actor Valentin Platareanu Alexandra stepped into the showbiz world early and was playing lead roles in different TV dramas before she turned 16. Her portrayal of Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudl Jue in Downfall (an Oscar-nominated historic war film) was critically as well as highly rated commercially. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are the other Oscar nominated features featuring the divas. Over the years Alexandra was involved in numerous notable international and national projects. They comprise British biographical films Control and The Dust of Time as in addition to the French history mini-series Napoleon. She was also part of the jury for the Transylvania International Film Festival, and also at Cannes Film Festival.
